Nicola Fleet-Milne
Founder & Business Development
Over 20 years’ experience of managing city-centre residential units in Birmingham, winning awards for management, marketing, consultancy, and client retention along the way. She believes in quality over quantity and won’t sacrifice her values for a quick win.

Nicola has been involved with the BTR journey since 2016 in an advisory capacity, and management of whole schemes since as early as 2009. Nicola is now solidly leading her team into the next generation of residential BTR experience whilst maintaining a sound understanding of the competitive PRS market.
Jo Salmon
Placemaking & Sustainability Consultant
Chartered Surveyor for over 27 years experienced at working with Funds, asset managers, on-site teams, occupiers and external authorities on multi-use schemes. Jo transitioned to residential with a focus on place-making and sustainability via bespoke resident engagement strategies.

Recognised by Insider Property Awards West Midlands, winning the 2023 Special Achievement Award.
Kirsty Cove
